Refund & Return Guidelines

What items are returnable?

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check the size guide carefully on our product pages before ordering to avoid returns regarding size issues.

Please keep in mind: Be conscious and only order what you actually want and wear. Shipping and returning is wasting packaging material and emits CO2, which is bad for the environment.

Of course, if something doesn’t fit you, we will happily offer one-time size exchanges within 14 days to make sure you get the perfect fit.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, send us an email to with a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, as well as your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll take care of you!

After emailing us, please await further instruction before returning the item(s).

How do I return an item?

If you are within the 14 day return period write an email to with your order number + “return” in the subject!

You do not have to give a reason, but we would still appreciate feedback ☺︎

Pack the goods as safely as possible to prevent damage during transport. In order to avoid losing your package, we ask you to insure the package or to send it inclusive a tracking number.
In case of dispute please obtain proof of delivery – Avocadista does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost in their original condition!

If your purchase arrives dirty or damaged at our warehouse, unfortunately we can not refund you.

After we received your return in their original condition, we will refund you within 14 days.

Are there any charges for return?

If there is any case where you need to return an item, then there are no charges for return but you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

We do not accept return packages that are not prepaid. To prevent loss of your return item we suggest you to do insured shipping with a tracking number. Your return shipping charges are non-refundable.
